Tractor Vision was engaged by Wasserman to design, fabricate, transport, and install four distinct trade show booth environments simultaneously for NYX Professional Makeup, Lancôme, Matrix, and L'Oréal CPD at the Ulta Beauty Future Leaders Conference in San Antonio, TX. Each brand demanded its own visual identity, fabrication approach, and activation strategy — all delivered under one unified production. Executing four fully branded environments for four separate clients, under one agency, at one show, on one timeline is a production challenge that requires airtight coordination across every discipline. Each booth had to feel independently developed while sharing logistics infrastructure — including coordinated trucking, consolidated crew deployment, and shared project management across all four builds. Travel, installation, and strike all had to be sequenced to serve the needs of each brand without compromise. Tractor Vision operated as a full-service production partner across all four activations — handling pre-production, fabrication, cross-country logistics, and on-site installation and strike as a single, integrated operation. Custom fabrication was developed per brand, with each environment built to reflect the distinct aesthetic and commercial language of NYX, Lancôme, Matrix, and L'Oréal CPD respectively. Trucking and logistics were consolidated across all four projects for efficiency, with coordinated packing, labeling, and freight managed directly by the Tractor Vision team. On-site, a unified crew executed installation and strike across all four booths, with production management ensuring each brand's environment was delivered show-ready on schedule.
