Project Summary

Tractor Vision delivered one of its most ambitious builds to date for Nike under direction of agency, Ideko. The project included a sprawling, multi-zone sports marketing activation rooted in street culture, basketball, and sneaker identity. The centerpiece was a fully fabricated Crenshaw Market, a ten-booth marketplace environment with individually designed facades, awnings, faux stone finishes, stucco exteriors, dimensional signage, die-cut window vinyls, and LED push-through acrylic lettering, each booth hand-crafted to feel like a distinct storefront within a cohesive world. The SNKRS Cafeteria brought a full-scale cafeteria environment to life in OSB construction, complete with a 52' basketball counter, L-shaped corner counter, a lunch box sticker station, serving counter with sticker topping station, and a vinyl-wrapped basketball hoop. A triangular Warning Label display structure, mixing metal and wood construction with Chemetal cladding and angular alcoves, anchored the space as the hero architectural moment, accompanied by ten 3D-printed and hand-painted large-format charm props modeled and fabricated in-house. A JumboTron clad in natural OSB with dimensional black lettering and functional-aesthetic speaker cabinets, a food court facade system with illuminated lightboxes and serving counters, a styling suite with custom change rooms, shoe display, bench, and metal framing, and an entrance tunnel with oversized Sintra logo cutouts completed the environment. Across a crew of ten over four days including overnight installs, Tractor Vision fabricated, delivered, installed, and struck a fully realized brand world, managing a high volume of live change orders, all on time for one of Nike's most immersive activations of the season.
