Project Summary
What started as a project in Saudi Arabia quickly shifted to Los Angeles amid global conflict, and our team was tasked to support this quick turn. With the clock ticking and the timeline tightened, our team leaned into our core strength: adaptability. Tractor Vision deployed full fabrication and production capabilities across two high profile venues. At BMO Stadium, the build encompassed large-format carpet and turf installation across part of the field, custom-fabricated coroplast field box walls and weighted separation wall systems with full double-sided graphic wraps for VIP seating, a branded step-and-repeat zone with red carpet and hedge line, a fabric-wrapped Founders Room hard wall, trophy pedestals, and AV with live operator support. At the Waldorf Astoria, the build spanned the full property... a dimensional vinyl-wrapped player entrance arch with acrylic logo treatment, a multi-wall ballroom entry system mixing hard and soft wall construction with dimensional logos, elevator entry branding across two floors, a double-sided exterior archway sign with lift-installed dimensional treatment, a fully fabricated food truck cutout with practical service window, CNC-cut logo walls, large-format canvas and vinyl prints, and full-property graphics from lobby to doors. Both activations were delivered under unified crew and project management, with fabrication, logistics, travel, installation, and strike coordinated across both venues from a single production operation.
